Return & Exchange Policy

DRESS MOOD Clothing allow return and exchange on sold items based on the following terms & condition.

DRESS MOOD Clothing provides return & exchange for all items,  except for Sale items and Items that are specified not returnable. 

All returns must be sent back to DRESS MOOD Clothing strictly within 3 working days from the day of parcel receipt (based on courier tracking number record). 

All items returned for exchange must be in new and original condition with label/tag intact, unworn, unwashed and unaltered. DRESS MOOD Clothing reserves the rights to reject return request that does not meet the above criteria. Returns that does not meet the above-mentioned criterias will be strictly declined and forfeited.

All returns must be attached with the Purchase Invoice. Please contact DRESS MOOD Clothing's after sales department if Purchase Invoice is lost. 

DRESS MOOD Clothing will get in touch with buyer once return item is received. Exchange will be processed once the return item is received and notification will be sent through email. The exchange process after receipt of return item would normally take 2-3 working days.

All returns are strictly under buyer’s responsibility until it reaches DRESS MOOD Clothing. Buyer shall keep the courier tracking number at all times to track and locate the parcel before it reaches DRESS MOOD Clothing. 

(i) Return of unsatisfactory item 
Items that are returned with the following reason(s) will be deemed under the Return of Unsatisfactory Item category and therefore all return and exchange shipping costs (both ways) will be borne by buyer:-

  1. Item does not fit*
  2. Do not like colour*
  3. Do not like design 
  4. Any other buyer’s subjective opinion on item   

Each purchased item is only entitled to one (1) time return and exchange process. The exchanged item is not eligible for another time of return and exchange.

(*All item colour may vary subject  to studio lighting. There may be slight color variation in actual item vs item image. Colour may appear darker or lighter and will not be considered defective. Actual item measurement may vary from 1cm to 3cm in measurement subject to different material quality and measurement method and will not be considered defective. Compare our size guide measurement with your existing apparel for a more accurate fit.)

(i) Return of Defective Item 
Items that are returned with the following reason(s) will be deemed under the Return of Defective Item category and therefore all return and exchange shipping costs (both ways) will be borne by DRESS MOOD Clothing:-

  1. Torn item
  2. Stained item (stain size equivalent or larger than 20 cents coin.)

All defective items must be verified by DRESS MOOD Clothing before processing for exchange. 

If the return item is out of stock in other size(s)/colour(s), buyer can choose to exchange for other item with equivalent value or top up the difference for higher value item. Otherwise, buyer can choose to retain store credit for future purchase with DRESS MOOD Clothing. Strictly no cash refund is allowed.    

For returns due to any other reason(s) that are not listed above, please contact DRESS MOOD Clothing customer care for further assistance. DRESS MOOD Clothing reserves the rights to reject any return request that does not meet our return policy criteria.
